And now without further ado, here’s my interview with the author! I’m very excited, thank you again Ms. Accardo! :)

How did you come up with the story behind Infinity?
I wish there was a cool story, but sadly, there isn’t. I’ve always loved alternate reality stories and wanted to put my own spin on one.

Which one of your characters is your favourite?
I’ve got mad love for them all, but I’ve got CRAZY love for Noah…

What can we expect of the series? The possibilities seem infinite! (pun-intended - it’s a bad one, I know)
LOL Well, each book is part of the series, but can absolutely be read as a stand alone. Each one will focus on a different couple as they work toward the overall goal–to right the wrong and get themselves home. If I say much more than that, my editor may kill me ;)

I found that you wrote Infinity with a lot of layers in the plot and in your writing style, and there was a lot of poetry to it. How long did it take you to write this book?
Ya know, to be honest I can’t even remember, it’s been so long. This book had sort of a rough start. It was originally supposed to come out last year, but a month before it sold, my mom was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. I thought I could still keep up with the schedule, but we ended up pushing it back. I think a lot of what you mean by the poetry feel came in editing. It took me over a year and was done during chemo and radiation appts, and hospital stays. I think it was kind of my frame of mind. I could really GET where the mc was emotionally since ironically our situations were similar (which was totally unplanned as I wrote the first several chapters of Infinity YEARS before).

Are you more of a plotter or a pantser? And can you tell us more about your writing routine, if you have one?
I’m 100% pantster. As for a routine, I can’t really say I have one. I get an idea and run with it. Sometimes it works out perfectly, other times I have to go back and edit the snot out of it just to have it make any amount of sense. I’ve tried outlining and find that it actually messes me up!

When you’re writing, what are your usual sources of inspiration?
Anything and everything. Music is a big one, but really, inspiration can be found everywhere from a trip to the food store, to an awesome sunset. ;)

What are your favourite books?
Anything by S.E. Hinton, The Heavenly Horse from the Outermost West by Mary Stanton, Throne of Glass series by Sarah J Maas.. the list could go on and on  :)

What would you like your readers to know? (about yourself, your book(s) … anything!)
Hmm Well I live in upstate NY with my husband, three dogs, and 12 chickens (soon to be goats if I get my way ;) ). I love the outdoors, but I also love sitting in front of the computer (I’m a huge Warcraft junkie). Oh, and I LOVE cheese. (who doesn’t, though?)

Again, thank you so much for allowing me to ask questions and I hope you get loads of success and mad love about your book :D Can’t wait to hear more from you :)
